Bluebonnet Consulting is a woman-owned business that was founded in 1997 by Elise Mobley Turner. Elise and her team of consultants focus exclusively in the area of alcoholic beverage licensing. Prior to founding Bluebonnet, Elise worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for nine years, during which time she was responsible for all aspects of the company’s licensing matters and served on the firm’s IPO team. Throughout Elise’s career, she has been involved in countless mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, receiverships and foreclosures. Elise is a graduate of Baylor University and in her spare time, she serves on the boards of several non-profit groups in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area.
